Estimates and Quotations 

In order to offer a truly bespoke service to clients Daisy Ellen LTD undertakes a strictly limited number of weddings each year. Whilst every effort will be made to maintain an available date following a consultation, the preparation of an estimate or quotation does not in itself constitute an offer for sale or indicate that a wedding date is secured.

Following a firm booking (see ‘Securing Your Wedding Date’ below), Daisy Ellen LTD can arrange to visit wedding or reception venues either to help design suggestions or finalise quotations.

Securing Your Wedding Date

A non-refundable deposit of £50.00 is required to secure a wedding date, with the balance becoming due 28 days prior to your wedding date. On receipt of a deposit Daisy Ellen LTD will confirm in writing that your wedding date is secured. Clients are advised to book as early as possible to avoid the possibility of disappointment.

Final Payment

Your final balance must be paid no later than 28 days before your wedding date.

Final Details

Clients may meet with Daisy Ellen LTD as many times as they wish in order to ensure they are satisfied with their final wedding flower designs.
Design changes, colours and quantities must be finalised at least 4 weeks prior to your wedding date.

Although we will make every effort to supply flowers and sundries as discussed, all flower products and sundries are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute with a product of equivalent value and quality with alternative options suggested by Daisy Ellen LTD. 


In the absence of the client (or customer/wedding planner) Daisy Ellen LTD is the final arbitrator of design and may make design decisions in order to facilitate suitable and timely completion of designs prior to delivery on the morning of the wedding.

Hire of Sundries 

Unless otherwise specifically stated, all glassware, wrought ironwork, pedestal stands, jardinière and urns are provided on hire and remain the property of Daisy Ellen LTD. Such items should be made available for collection, the day following your wedding. Un- returned or damaged items will be charged for at full retail value. 


For all damaged or non returned items, an invoice will be issued by Daisy Ellen LTD for immediate settlement at full retail value.

Delivery and Access

Whilst Daisy Ellen LTD will negotiate directly with client, church and other venue authorities to help plan the smooth execution of your wedding flower decoration, it is ultimately the clients responsibility to ensure that flower decorations are acceptable and that adequate time and access are provided for delivery and setup at churches, civil ceremony and reception venues.

Removal of all flower from the venue is your responsibility unless previously agreed and included in your quote. Please contact Daisy Ellen LTD for more information.


Cancellation

Cancellations should be notified by telephone as soon as possible and must be confirmed in writing.

In the event of cancellation any deposit paid is non-refundable.

In order to provide the very highest quality flowers and foliage, all wedding flowers are ordered and purchased in advance for each individual wedding from first class growers worldwide through their UK agents. As a consequence, all cancellations within 4 weeks of a wedding date accrue a cancellation fee of 100% of the total price of the wedding order.
