Covid-19 Statement- Weddings & Events

During the recent climate we thought we should mention what we’re aiming to do regarding upcoming and future bookings. 

If you’ve paid your non-refundable deposit, do not worry. We’ll happily transfer this over to an alternative ‘new’ date if your event gets postponed. 

We always request we receive full payment 28 days before your wedding day- this will go ahead as normal. We’ll stay in close contact with you during this period and 12-14 days before your event we’ll get in touch to check everything has still got the go ahead. We’ll give you a final ‘cut off date’ where everything needs to be confirmed before we start ordering.  

We begin to order and reserve flowers 12 days before your event so please make sure any changes or health problems, you get in touch as soon as possible.
If you do get in touch to re-schedule your wedding date 12-14 days before your original date, we can either hold your money and transfer it over to your ‘new date’, or issue a refund (minus your deposit). 

The team at Daisy Ellen LTD have trusted freelancers that we can call on in case we ourselves need to be quarantined and will contact you regarding any changes we might experience.
Please note, we also follow the guidelines set by the government and the W.H.O to make sure it’s safe for both our team and for your event. 

Consultations booked in may need to be re-scheduled depending on government regulations and/or health.
